Dr. Sablan drilled into my apex of the right-molar, resulting in pain for two years. I have been recommended to get a molar extraction, bone-grafts, drilling in a titanium-screw and an implant. Total estimated costs out of pocket? $7,500 - after TWO years of stress and pain. If Dr. Sablan had just indicated the expected professional skills needed for a routine root-canal, I would not be in the state I am today. If you are taken in with her pleasing personality - as I was - be warned: Her skills leave a lot to be desired. If you wish to save yourself the pain I am in right now (cost of two years of post-root-canal pain and $7500 out of pocket at the least + molar extraction - a loss for life), send me an email to: ebayraj786@gmail.com, and I would be glad to share all the details and proofs with you. Avoid Dr. Sablan as best as you can. There have to be better and more professional dentists in Fremont !!

I love Dr. Sablan. She is gentle and never hurts me and I am a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. She also had to pull a tooth for my son when he was around 12 and he was so nervous. She was reassuring and he was thrilled because it didn't hurt.

While Dr. Sablan is a fine dentist, I feel her bedside manner needs improvement. After examining my mouth she proceeded to leave without saying a word to me. I asked if everything was alright and she "yes" curtly. I had some questions regarding my visit but she didn't seem very interested in listening to me or answering my questions. I never felt welcome or comfortable in the office. All of the cleanings I've had at Dr. Sablan's office were extremely uncomfortable also. I don't have a sensititve mouth and have had my teeth cleaned many times by a handful of different hygentists and have never experience such a rough and forceful cleaning. Maybe there are different hygentists available at the office but unfortunately I have had the same one every time. I also wasn't impressed with Dr. Sablan's dental equipment. My previous dentist used state of the art equipment for x-rays, cleaning, whitening, etc. This made my visits quicker and more productive. The front desk staff was fine and I didn't have a problem with insurance billing.

A forgetable exparience, i was treated as a insurance maximum and not a patient. Not at all like my first experience with Dr Sablan, when she was starting out and had the best staff, actually there was only one other person. I hope she goes back to old times for the sake of her patients.
