Should not take almost 2 hours for a cleaning and 3 seconds for an oral exam

Dr. Patil and her staff were great! I needed to find a new dentist in the area and they made me feel like part of the family from the beginning. The entire staff was professional and prompt, particularly Dr. Patil who examined me completely. I was just amazed at how smooth the whole office was working, and they wasted none of my time.
Dr. Patil was highly recommended to me by a close friend, and yet I was still very impressed with the entire experience. She listened to all of my questions and talked through the treatment, it felt like I had a decision in the entire procedure.
Also, the office was recently remodeled and felt like exercise spa. Everything was clean, fresh and brand new. No awful smell you find in most dental offices.
Overall the experience was much more than I expected, and I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
