I have seen Dr.Wong for several cleaning and exams. That went well, well enough, just a basic exam and cleaning. I had 2 cavities and that is when my doctor disappeared. I was then seen by his associate, even though i really wanted my dentist. So I see this dentist for the minor two cavities, all went okay, not the best but not the worst, yet. One one of the occasions when i was told Dr.Wong was not seeing any patients he was indeed in the office, but in his defense had his children running around. One note, i booked these appointments weeks ahead of time, i was not expecting to call and have a next day appointment. Fast forward months... I developed a bad pain in my front tooth. Guess what, Dr.Wong is not around, so i see Dr.Associate. I see the dentist and I pointed to the one that hurt. I was told "no" the one next too it looks to be the problem by looking at the "ex ray" , the digital ex ray.So now I am told i need a root canal. Let me say once word NIGHTMARE, I must have been his first root canal. Pain, pain and more pain. With modern technology this should not happen. Days later I still had pain. I went back and was told now the tooth next to the root canal tooth, needs a root canal, um the original one that hurt!
About Hygienist: The hygienists are very nice but seem to ignore what is going on in the office. The staff calls too much. I had told them i would no longer be a patient but still got calls, ugh, on my cell and home number. When I switched to another DDS the new DDS called for my xrays, they were unusable. Way to be spiteful.

Great office and staff. My kids love going to the dentist. I would not go anywhere else.
