MY experiences are all very positive. The doctor and her staff are very responsive and accommodating. The insurance is always efficiently handled, the chair side care is excellent. I would recommend Dr. Roderick to anyone. I drive an extra 20 miles to go to her.
Her asst., Marianne, is always attentive and competent. Dr Roderick cleans the teeth and Marianne polishes them. I like that hand's on patient care by the doctor.

Unfortunatley the customer service was so horendous that I had to go to another dentist.
They left me with a tooth ache for days, and wouldn't even bother returning my phone calls, or following up on procedures.
The dentist herself seems nice and compentent, however her receptionist is rude....and doesn't care about the clients health, or well being.
I ended up going to a different dentist who contridicted their evaluation. It cost me SUBSTATIALLY less money, and their receptionist was actully frinedly and returned calls. As a result I am finally pain free...I wish I would have gone to the other dentist first.
About Hygienist: The dentist's assistant was nice, friendly, and competent.

I tried numerous dentists in the bay area until I met Dr. Roderick 5 years ago. Since then, she has done veneers, restored my old silver fillings and done all of my regular dental maintenance. Her knowledge and manner is professional, and her staff is great! I feel very relaxed, and I get to listen to music with headsets on longer procedures.
I just had a crown done, and I didn't even have to schedule a second visit nor go into any temporaries. She has a machine that makes the permanant ceramic crown in her office!
I highly recommend this pro!
