To get to your Insurance and your wallet.issue with billing you inappropiatelly for extra cost if insurance refuses to pay his high charges ,when he and his secretaries tell you ahead of time they do take the dental insurance, and way after the procedure was done and you paid your reported copay .Always finds sooner or later costly things your teeth need.Crowns and all kinds of other tetth fixing costly procedures is a no fail diagnoses there, within a few visits if not day 1 . Recommend you get a second opinion before he gets a hold of your new mouth to be by the end of your years with him.

Dr. Gerson, the hygienists, and front desk staff are all amazing and so nice.
I never have to "wait" like some dr offices. If my appt. is at 2pm, I am in at that time.
My 6 month cleanings/x-rays have always been pain-free, fast, and my teeth look and feel great.
Anyone I have already recommended to Dr. Gerson has such a good experience, they always tell me.

Dr. Gerson is an A-1 professional with a great chair-side manner and is very compassionate and caring with his patients. I recommend him to everyone. He also has a great network of other professionals for surgical procedures he does not do and I've had great experiences with both professionals he recommended me to.
About Hygienist: All the dental hygienists in Dr. Gerson's office are very efficient, caring and do a great job. I always feel comfortable and relaxed with them so I always leave his office feeling like I have the most cared for teeth in the world. Also, the staff all have great senses of humor and have great banter between them because they have all worked together for so long. To me, that says a lot about Dr. Gerson and the way he runs his business.

Every visit to Dr. Gerson's office has been a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Surprising because I have an innate fear of dentists from childhood trauma that will never go away, but Dr. Gerson has always been successfuly at settling me in each and every time. His office is a literally a 2 minute walk from the beach which is always nice to go to afterwards. Great Care, Prompt service. It's too bad I'm moving away =(

He and his staff are the best! I have been going there for many years. Colleen, on his staff, is wonderful in terms of customer service. No forms to fill out, always pleasant. His assistant is a treasure. He has worked with me on my anxieties. When I have needed a referral (root canal, skin grafts) he has referred me to the best.

The entire staff is wonderful! I never feel like I am about to experience Pain, and he is completely in tune with my emotions while he is working.
I would reccomend Dr. Gerson to everyone in the South Bay!
