I went to Dr. Evans after see a dentist in my area who wanted to do a deep cleaning which wasn't necessary. He also wanted to do additional costly services. Dr Evans took Xrays and provided appropriate service. His staff were very helpful and I felt very comfortable and at home. They didn't talk down to me and all services were explained to me. GREAT JOB Doc. I come from the San Joaquin Area and I don't mind traveling for great service.

About Hygienist: Hygenist was great and helpful and explained her care and how to care for my teeth in the future.

I had two crowns in 1994 that trouble me to this day. The first had to be removed and done over and is still troublesome. The crown on the second tooth is going to be done over by another dentst. The staff was very helpful but the work speaks for itself.

Dr. Evans was not very compassionate and the dental staff was on an equal level. During a checkup as he was reviewing my teeth after cleaning, he received a nonurgent phone call and left for around 10-15 minutes while I sat waiting patiently. Upon his return, he did not express remorse of his leaving nor a thanks for waiting patiently. The dental hygienist was overly rough with the cleaning and I bled profusely from my gums. Her excuse was that my teeth were exceptionally difficult because of tartar, etc. Except I have received cleanings every 6 months and never had this problem before and my diet has not changed. I am now switching dentists!
