I have a distinct feeling that this dentist is more concerned with your money than your dental health. His techniques and procedures reflect his philosophy and outlook in life: money is most important to him. He uses the least expensive tools and cut corners on procedures that could put the patients at risks. He is bound not by professional ethics but only by the insurance policies of his practice.
In short, don't put yourself at risks with this dentist. Find others.
