Dr. Do is extremely pleasant and always smiling. She replaced two fillings on me using the in-house Cerec machine. Basically, after preping my teeth, she took 3D pictures of the teeth and withn minutes, two new crowns were made right on the spot. No temporary fillings, no follow up appointments, no getting shot up again to get numb and most of all, no pain! All of this within 1 1/2 hours. Best part was that I didn't have to come back a week after for the new crowns to come back from an outside lab. Dr. Do is extremely gentle and the whole procedure was nearly painless. I was also very comfortable in the nice massage chair, listening to music while my hands were getting a paraffin wax. The staff at PCCD were also very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this office and especially Dr. Do to anyone who wants great looking teeth.

I was recommended to Dr. Bruce Hartley by a friend. When I first went to him he examined me and concluded every mercury amalgam filling needed to be replaced with an expensive porcelein filling / and or crown - roughly $30,000. Foolishly I agreed and began the replacing. After my initial visit he turned me over to Dr. Do who has done all the actual work. She is very nice and the facilities are first rate. However, after two crowns and 6 fillings at about $1200 each I'm not at all happy with the results. The gimmick is they have a machine that will grind the permanent crown from porcelein while you wait. Problem is the crown is of inferior quality. The first crown was cracked and had a hole in it that has now grown to a huge size. I requested they replace the cracked crown but I was surprised I had to practically beg to get them to agree to do the replacement. Meanwhile another molar I had cracked off completeley at the root and they decided it was okay to leave that one for > 6months and work on another 3 teeth that were not nearly as bad. When I finally got the cracked tooth replaced by a crown I found myself in pain for 2 weeks because it had rotted so badly. Now I need a root canal and I have severe headaches

I was referred to Dr. Do by some friends, I really needed a general dentist who was caring and gentel. Dr Do was just that.
I needed to have a root canal (ooohhh!) is what I thought too!, but it was a great experience, she made me laugh before the procedure of course and listened to all of my concerns.
My cerec was done in less than 1 hour! - with NO PAIN, I was amazed and greatful. I would highly recommend anyone even the president of the USA to have any root canals done by her.
She is a real pro when it comes to cerecs!

I began seeing Dr. Do after my dentist of nearly 25 years retired to take up fishing. On her first examination, Dr. Do detected small cracks in some of my 40-year-old metal fillings and explained to me why they should all be retired eventually. She prioritized which fillings were at the greatest risk of cracking, and which could wait to be replaced, enabling me to schedule the work over time for both my convenience and my budget. She has since replaced 6 fillings with CEREC computer-modeled inlays and onlays, and we have only 2 left to go! The results are excellent, with the white color of the new fillings making them look like a natural part of my teeth.
Dr. Do, as well as every other dental professional and staff member in the office, is both professional and delightful to work with. And I have only the highest praise for the skills of the hygienists and dental technicians who work there.
Everyone greets me by name and with a smile; the offices are very attractive; and you've got to LOVE those vibrating chairs!

Dr. Do is a very professional, knowledgeable and skilled dentist. I am extremely satisfied after each visit and feel that I can trust her judgement and recommendations when it comes to my dental work. I am extremely pleased with my dental care. Dr. Do's office staff is very professional and courteous, and the office environment is very relaxing.

I've only needed cleanings so far, which actually reflects very well on Dr. Do and the staff at her office. In all cases the cleanings and associated paperwork have been painless. Dr. Do has a very good chair-side manner and takes the mystery out of dental procedures and makes you feel at ease.

I'd have to say that Dr. Do is by far the best dentist I've ever had. I always get treated very well by her and her staff. Everything from the front desk staff, to the cleanliness of the patient rooms are very professional and I couldn't be any happier with Dr. Do.

Dr. Do is wonderful! I've had many bad experiences before I met her, but she was great about explaining each step to me. She showed me why I needed to fix my teeth and explained why I was having pain. Then she used a computer to design my new tooth! It was super cool! Now my tooth feels great. I don't know why I waited so long.
Her staff is also wonderful. They're so friendly! They introduced themselves to me and made me feel right at home.
I've never had the spa stuff that they offer before...back massager, wax to moisturize my hands, blankets, warm face towels.
What a great experience!

I have been Dr. Do's patient for a couple of years now and have recently started Invisalign treatment with her. I already see some wonderful results in the alignment and the looks of my teeth. Dr. Do has been great about explaining each step to me and easing my concerns. I have no doubt that Dr. Do has my best interest in mind.
The staff at her office makes me feel right at home every time I come in. They always greet me by name and offer me water or a magazine. The atmosphere is so relaxing that I actually look forward to my appointments!
I have nothing but praises for Dr. Do. Her personality and skills are tops. Once you go to her office you can never go to a "regular" dental office
again. You're too spoiled.

I've been a patient of Dr. Do since 2002 and from day one, she has a created an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism. She is attentive of my needs and truly listens to all of my concerns (I'm very afraid of pain). When it came time for some crown work to be done, Dr. Do patiently walked me through each step of the process and even showed me what my crown would look like as she was molding it on the computer. She put me at ease and I have to admit that it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Do followed up promptly to make sure I was recovering well and that I was happy with the results.
From the moment I walk into the dental office, I am greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist at the front desk to the hygienist we visit twice a year. And the billing process couldn't be easier. Once I provided them with my insurance information, they took care of sending the proper documentation to my insurance company.
I am so pleased with the service I've received thus far. Now my whole family sees Dr. Do and she always sends us home with a beautiful smile.
