Dr Chang has lovely offices..which is good, because he keeps you waiting FOREVER. It had gotten so bad that I planned to leave, but fortunately he sold his practice & patients to a new doctor. Dr Chang's has a very friendly demeanor, his staff was great too...but the waiting was too much.

Dr Chang also practices in Pleasanton. He is a wonderful person but his treatment is below average. He also insists that you watch video's about the procedures. I prefer not to see, I would rather a doctor describe procedures. He tends to say you have more problems that you really have. I ended up going to another dentist to have a second opinion and Dr Chang's recommendations were completely inaccurate going towards more work and more dollars for him.

Performed root canal and crown several years ago. Root canal is painful, even now, and crown is, and has been from the start , poorly fitting. Have had similar work done by other dentist with much better results. This review is similar to one posted by another patient. Had to post when I realized my experience was not a fluke.

By far the best dentist I have ever been to! Top of the line equiptment, excellent staff and a great bedside manner! I hated the dentist until I met him and I won't ever go to anyone else. My friends agree and are now loyal patients.
Dr. Chang (and all of his staff) ROCKS!
