Refused to do cleaning work unless I paid more, based on what he considered "second tier" and would charge at his discretion. Came into the appointment complaining about how I shouldn't have my insurance. Not the way you treat a patient. I walked out as he begged me to stay, after insulting me. A file has been made with the Dental Association of America

About Front Desk: She was nice.

About Hygienist: Also complained about my insurance and made it incredibly obnoxious.

My Experience: Exam & Consultation, X-Rays

Duration: 2 hours

I know this doctor: 1 year

I like this facility, they're able to fit my 3 kids at the same time! Also they can fit you in same day when your kid is complaining about a tooth ache, my 3 year old does great with doctor, she has seen him since 2 y/o, very quick and no waiting! Well in my opinion they are very sufficient!

I was assigned this dentist when I changed over to Concordia. He was over booked so I left work ( I'm a school teacher) to accomodate his work schedule. When I arrived early the doctor seemed confused about my appointment. Apparently his assistant hadn't written it down. I told the doctor I needed a referral for peridontal treatment and could he examine my mouth and perform that task. He then got strange, talking about how he wasn't supposed to be there, had to leave the country and could I return in 10 days or more. When I began to inquire why I had come there in the first place he got very defensive demanded I first bring x-rays etc. I then said that he could do the x-rays. He then escorted me into his chamber of horrors. Friends, the doctor's x-ray machine is right out of the third world circa 1950. I have never seem such a dirty facility/ it seemed to have been constructed from used/thrown away materials. I left in horror yet thankful I didn't receive a "blast" from the "evil" doctor's x-ray machine!
