Tried a number of times to "balance bill" (i.e. double bill) me for services that my insurance clearly paid for in full. Refused to rectify the situation after it was brought to their attention.

I went on the recommendation of a co-worker and was highly disappointed. He had no bedside manner, couldn't give a shot of novocaine without inducing serious pain and drilled my teeth with the gentle-ness of a construction worker. I thought it might be worth it after as the worked looked good to my untrained eye, but after 2 months I am having excrutiating pain in a tooth he did a filling in.

I went to Dr. Balci for a second opinion for my crooked upper front teeth. My previous dentist had suggested to do root canals and some extensive dental work to correct them. Dr. Balci was able to fix the appearance as well as the bite with just Porcelain Veneers. The results were great at almost half the cost of the original treatment.

Thanks to Dr. Balci, and his magnificient staff, I can smile again with total confidence. My teeth look better now than they ever did. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Balci to anyone who expects nothing but a superb service, and a great looking smile.
