His cleanings take about ten minutes when it should take at least 30. He has no bedside manner and only talks about money. He's never on time and he's cut down his hours so much that it now takes over a month to see him for his crappy treatments. I feel like I'm stuck with him because of my HMO. He also has another office listed with Deltacare that he never seems to be at. I bet he is scamming the HMO company.

Dr. Han is a wonderful dentist and wonderful person. He does only what is necessary, unlike some dentists who are more into retail sales overkill. I like that he cleans my teeth himself, for he is right there to see how I am doing, and it makes for better communication.
I have a dental plan, so prices are good. Under Dr. Han's care, I have stayed cavity free.
The office staff are most congenial.
Do not expect valet parking or four-star hotel accommodations. The office is pleasant.

So unprofessional, no one ever answers the phone or returns voice messages. I have't had any luck with the emergency phone line either. Is this a legitimate dental office?

I went to Dr. Han to get all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. It was many years ago so I do not recall much detail but I do remember that I was very satisfied with the dental treatment I received at the time. After all teeth were pulled Dr. Han instructed me how to care for the spots where the wisdom teeth had been, I followed his instructions and had no complications. At the time I did not have a dental insurance but was able to get the service at a very decent price. I also heard people mention him a few times and none of the comments were negative. This is a dentist that I would go to if I lived close to the office.

Fast and courteous. Highly recommended. Costs were very reasonable, took my Deltacare insurance. Easy parking, good location

This is not club med! It is a bare bones dentist office with some old and not working equipment.
But Dr. Han is a good dentist with a very professional staff who can get the job done for the right price.

it appears that the office was more concerned as to how the visit was going to be paid for over the fact that i was in pain.
the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. some staff thought i was there for an establishing appt and others thought i was there for an emergency visit. the dentist chastised me instead of educating me in regards to my dental needs. Plus the floors were dirty and they were anxiously trying to get out to lunch.

I first saw Dr. Han in 2002 and was relatively happy with my results. The problem arose afterwards, as Dr. Han had required that I complete a deep cleaning before having my cavities filled. Though he claimed it was a necessary procedure, my insurance claimed it was not and would not cover the bill. The insurance asked Dr. Han to submit a report as to why it was necessary, which he never submitted though I asked him repeatedly. The end result was a $700 bill coming from his office nearly 3 years later when I had assumed everything had been resolved. Though the doctor ended up discounting some of my bill, i was still forced to pay a large portion out of pocket for what I had assumed would be a routine cavity fill nearly 3 years before.

Dr. Han was knowledgeable and caring. The staff is friendly and efficient. They took care of all the insurance issues. I felt comfortable and would recommend his services.

Dr. Han is a PHENOMINAL dentist. He truly knows how to make you feel comfortable. Most importantly he genuinely cares about his patients and people in general. I probably will never go to another dentist again. Well at least until he retires. Hope it's not anytime soon!
