The Doctor himself is great but his billing department is a joke! They billed my insurance with the wrong info 3 times. Meanwhile basically brow beating me for money every time i go in there. I can understand their frustration having to wait to be paid but that is part of the biz. I would hope that most doctors main concern is the health of their patients, and not getting fat off of them, but I dont think this is the case here.

I was so scared to go to the dentist, I had waited 8 years and i knew I had a mouthful of needed work. Words cannot express how patient, calm, and nice Dr. Elloway and his staff were to me. After he did 2 painless root canals on me, I stood up and HUGGED him!
To give you an idea of how scared I was, when I had gone in for x Rays I was shaking and crying and he wasn't even touching me!
Dr. Elloway is a dentist that takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. It is important to him that you are comfortable. He stops what he is doing and gives you all his attention.
Words cannot express how greatful I am to have found Dr. Elloway and his staff! I would recommend him to anyone. As a matter of fact, I am taking my 10 year old daughter there soon.
The only thing I do not care for is the area he is located in. It is not in the best area, however, I would drive 100 miles and through flying bullets to make sure that he is the only one working on my teeth. The good news is that next month he is opening up a location a few miles away from me, which is in a very good area! I cannot wait.
