While performing restoration dental work on me, Dr. Lawson said, "You will have problems in this area," as he was performing the work. I asked "what kind of problems?" I got no response. I asked again, "What kind of problems?" Still no response. Some time later, I was informed by a different dentist that I had gum disease. I never guessed what problems were ahead, or why Dr. Lawson did not answer my question, or explain what I needed to do to take proper care of my oral health. I just canceled the next appointment, disputed the cancellation charge sent to me after I canceled 24 hours before the appointment time, and never returned to his office.
