Over the 17 yrs I've had fillings, crowns and regular check-ups, all done with great care and concern. Cost had always been reasonable. Dr Faine has a very competent staff & very pleasant business environment. Even without nitous oxide, he keeps me laughing & smiling. Have recommended serveral people to Dr. Faine. I make it a point to travel from Georgia to Mercer Island to have dental care from Dr. Faine & his office employees.
About Hygienist: Kirsten, is most agreeable & competent hygienist/asst. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and welcome.

Thorough, dedicated and capable. Dr Faine did a great job and gave me excellent advise on the care of my teeth.

He is a wonderful dentist. Dr. Faine is thorough and patient. He also explains in detail what needs to be done so that you understand it perfectly.

He couldn't extract my teeth, so he scraped my bone pretty much, but still he couldn't. I heavily bleed that didn't stop hours because he didn't tell me anything ( like not take aspirin...etc) I had to go to oral surgery to remove rest of the teeth. He said he tried to save my money by doing this at his place instead of sending me to oral surgeon, but if I do that I didn't have to go though all those and didn't lose some bone.
Strongly, I don't recommend.
About Hygienist: He didn't use hygienist. He scraped my teeth with picker here or there and that's it. It's not enough cleaning. Also he couldn't find the big gap on my back teeth until I told him.

I've been a patient of Dr,. Faine for about 14 years. During that time he's done cavities, crowns, cleanings, etc. He is extremely "preventative" in his discussions re: dental care. He doesn't hesitate to be forthright and candid
in his suggestions re: brushing, flossing, water pik, etc. He does a "mini-physical" at each cleaning and examination, checking the entire mouth, tongue, neck, etc. Without a doubt, the finest Dentist I've ever had in my 68 years. He has a great sense of humor and makes one feel like a friend with his relaxed approach. He's never had to "redo" anything he has done previously. I sincerely recommend him to anyone seeking quality, honesty & integrity. His Front Desk employees always call as a reminder, his assistants are, to all appearances, equally as professional & capable as Dr. Faine.
