I would highly recommend this dentist to others. He and his staff are knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate.
This is the first time I've ever looked forward to a dental appointment.

Dr. (John) Alley and his entire staff are WONDERFUL! I am a very fearful patient with some very serious dental issues, but they are so careful to watch for the slightest facial twinge or hand-clench that I have never suffered more than a very slight discomfort during any procedure. I have been there for root-scaling and planing, and today I had to go in for 2 emergency molar extractions, and it was painless! I'm about 3 hours post-op right now, and thanks to a little ibuprofen, I feel fine. Dr. John is very careful to explain everything thoroughly, and he is very compassionate while always being very frank about my condition and prognosis. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of financially. In fact, I always feel like they are trying to make things as affordable as possible for me. The hygenists are so kind and gentle, and the women at the front office are friendly, helpful, and sympathetic. I truly can't say enough nice things about this dentist and his entire staff. They have truly done everything possible to help me keep as many of my teeth as I possibly can without making me mortgage my house to pay for it. I strongly recommend this dentist, especially if you are as terrified as I always was.
About Hygienist: The hygienist I have seen the most often is Nancy, and she has officially taken me under her wing. She is gentle and sympathetic, but she doesn't let me feel sorry for myself : ) I truly feel like she cares about the health of my mouth as much as I do.

I've been seeing Dr. Alley forever and have found him to be extremely competent, gentle and respectful. I never have to wait more than a few minutes and his costs are always within my insurance allocation. My two young sons like him, too.

We searched for a dentist with excellent chair-side manners, and up-to-date equipment. We found everthing, i.e., staff & front desk, billing & insurance help, and coffee & tea for patients.
