Dr Phillips,
Has to be one of the best dentist that I know of. Very personable and easy going. Listens to your questions and concerns and is willing to find the best solution for you and your budget. I asked about, teeth whitening and he said he could do it, but I would be better off buying a kit from the store to save me money.
I would recommend him to anyone who would ask if I knew a good dentist, I tell them I know a great dentist, and he is pain free.
His staff took care of my billing for my insurance company, which I did not have with me (Delta Dental) , they looked it up and verified my coverage, I did nothing, thanks.
About Hygienist: Went in for my cleanings and have always been treated well, no pain from the Hygienist, which is nice.

Dr. Phillips is always professional, very informative and know what he talking about. The procedures are painless and the results are beautiful. He is honest and I completely trust him.

Dr. Phillips is very gentle, and patient. He makes you feel comfortable and gives good results. The only problem is there is no Saturday appointment and no parking area, you have to park on the roadside.

Great conservative dentist. He is not out to empty your wallet with cosmetic dentistry unless you ask him to. He respects natural tooth mass and is not out to sell you stuff you don't need. He is also great at resin bonding. He has a great group of Hygenists!! He is also an avid surfer and can discuss the current surf conditions.
