When I moved to Richmond Ca. 37 years ago Richmond
Dental was the 1st place I went and the service was great .Thats why I'm still here. All of my children went to this dentist .Great with kids . Its like a family they really take care of you . I went to the dentist my mouth and teeth were hurting so bad I could't open it ,talk, eat or drink .It was hurting me that bad. I went to the dentist they took Xrays and said I was having some problems with my gums .Donna Wagner gave me a deep cleaning and special instructions and called me the next morning to see how I was feeling . I told her no more pain in my mouth at all not even from the deep cleaning . I went back yesterday and my gums were healed and in great shape

this is my family dentist and we have been seeing them almost all my life and have never had a problem with the service! great dentists and very frendly customer service

I met Dr. Low when my tooth chipped from having a cavity. I had never ever been to a dentist before. I regret it now but my parents never had the money to afford it. When I met him I discovered that most of my tooth had cavities. Being only 18 I had to have two tooth pulled and have 7 fillings. I also found out I had 12 really small areas of decay ( future cavities). The process was really depressing and now when I smile I have a big gap where two teeth once sat side my side. I am happy though that the process was pain free and that now I no long have to put up with a consistant pain in my mouth. He has taught me how important having a dentist is. I will never have that straight perfect smile again, but he has changed by life in a positive way.
About Hygienist: He was very nice, supportive and left my mouth very clean and me aware of what to expect in future visits.

I have been seeing Dr. Lowe for about ten years and have had no problems with him. Dr. Lowe has done all my Dental Care. My children are also seen by Dr.Lowe. They also have had positive visits with Dr. Lowe.
About Hygienist: The Hygiensts are very busy people as Dr. Lowes office is always ful with patients. I personally have had no problem with cleanliness, or a feeling of cleanliness.

Terrible dentist. Made an appointment for an exam and cleaning, and I was there an hour and fifteen minutes, but they only did the exam and x-rays, and told me I have to make a new appointment and come back for the cleaning. Makes you wait forever in the waiting room after telling you it'll only be a few minutes. Then makes you wait for 40 minutes for the x-rays to "develop" (all my previous dentists did this in 5-10 minutes max!). It was a zoo in there, 9 exam rooms, and they told me there wasn't one available when I asked why I was having to wait so long. They make you sign a form that you will not sue if Dr. Low messes up! I've never been asked to do that before. Makes you wonder how many lawsuits he's had. I wont be going back, I'll find a new dentist. Worst one I've ever been to.
