Nice office interior. Office staff used to be more stable, yet lately there has been a high turnover rate. The atmosphere used to be very pleasant and friendly. Most recently there seems to be more stress. I have been receiving sales phone calls from the staff pushing me to come into the office to have all procedures done this year even though my insurance coverage does not cover all the work. I do agree that Dr Hashimoto knows his denistry...but can be very arrogant with patients and employees. They fear him.

Dr. Hashimoto is without a doubt the best dentist I have been to. He is very informative while treating you. Before he does anything he ensures you understand and answers any questions you may have. I had old veneers removed and new porcelain veneers placed on. My teeth look and feel great! Dr. Hashimoto was not only concerned with my appearance, but long term dental health. My old veneers were not done properly and were causing gum disease because they didn't allow them to breath. He corrected my gum problem and gave me better looking teeth.

Dr Hashimoto was recommended to me by a friend who had him for dentist for the last 20 years. This dentist knows what he is doing. One other good thing is that he explains to you what your problem is and what he will be doing. Now on the bad sides, Dr Hashimoto has no low-esteem problems... If you don't agree with him on something, he can get pretty arrogant. All the people working for him are scared of him, scared of losing their jobs. I am sure they respect his expertise, but fear him. Also, he charges higher than other dentist. So in summary, if you simply want a good dentist whatever the cost, and are willing to be put down, Dr Hashimoto is for you.

About Hygienist: Hygienist Michele is sweet, knows her job, but tries to impress her boss by trying to push extra procedures on people. I was a victim of that and was disguted by what I heard there.

I sustained much decay and discoloration while wearing braces due to my neglect. I was very disheartened. Dr. Hashimoto veneered my teeth and the result was stunning. I have received numerous compliments on my beautiful new smile. I tolerated the lengthy procedure well because he used conscious sedation to alleviate my anxiety. Great experience , result, staff, and Dr.

This Dr did my new exam and did not even do any periodontal probing. I had alot of recession in my mouth and he completely ignored it. He stated that it should not be a problem and it is normal because I grind my teeth. He could have recommended a mouth guard of some sort but did not. When I was in the waiting room he was yelling at a patient's mother because she still helped him brush his teeth. He was about 7yrs old. He could have put her a side and spoke to her. Instead he spoke to her as if she was also a child. I would never recommend Dr. Hashimoto to anyone I know.

About Hygienist: The Dr asked the hygienist to check my gums and she seemed like she was so busy and a word with the Dr and the assistant said that they would do it some other time. I have been to other dental offices and they always had time for their patients.

I saw him for about 12 years. I started getting red, puffy, sore, swollen gums which I asked him about several times. He did nothing and told me he saw no problems. Yes you heard me correctly. I started seeing another dentist and within a year or so my gums are back to excellent health. But I experienced a large amount of bone loss due to a lack of prevention while seeing Hashimoto even though I inquired about it many times. Very very sad but very very true.

Dr. Hashimoto did laser surgery, bite correction, and a cosmetic makeover for me. I am thrilled by the results and have received many compliments on my new smile. The care I received was exceptional. His staff is first class as is his office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hashimoto's since the late '80s and think he's the best dentist I've ever had--and I've lived in Nebraska, Colorado, Texas, and Northern Virginia. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful. On the scale of 1-4, they are definitely 10s.
