Wait time too long in the office. Procedures are done in hurry to recover time. Same excuses every time for being late not to mention that some of hygenists are rude and disrespectful.

Hands down - Dr. Jacobs is the best! I moved out of town several years ago but considered commuting (over 3 hours!) just to stay with his practice. Now that I'm back in town, I'm glad that I've been able to continue with his dental services. Dr. Jacobs is a real professional -- courteous, very considerate, listens to you and works with you so that there is no guessing in your treatment. Absolutely wonderful -
