Customer service rating is rated poor(only) for the front office manager.
About Front Desk: Dr Cheryl Colkers front office manager is rude and abrasive. I do not like dealing with her. It’s unfortunate because Dr. Colker and the staff in the back office are OUTSTANDING . Customer service rating is based on the front office manager. I will continue to have Dr. Colker as my dentist despite the front office.

Dr. Colker is a very knowledgable dentist who is caring and very honest. She is wonderful with the elderly and children alike. Her office staff is fantastic. Judeen is the hygienist I have seen for years and she is the most gentle hygienist I have ever known.

Dr. Colker is a great Dentist. She explains everything and keeps you well informed. We are very happy to have her
as our Dentist. She is very up to date with all the new
dentistry out there. We had a problem with my appliance
and she was very understanding and did not charge me when I returned it back to her.
I have never had to wait long whenever I have gone to her
office and that saves us a lot of time.
