Dr. Lee and her staff are the best in their positions that I have ever had in a dentist. They are caring and great at what they do. My smile is fantastic and its all because of Dr. Lee with her experience and work ethics. She cares on what the patient wants and needs. Always listens to what I have to say on my care. I have had a number of caps completed by Dr. Lee and each and every one is over the top on what I wanted.
I always recommend Dr. Lee to others and do not feel she is over priced.
About Hygienist: All are great also.

I love the spa like feeling at my dentist's office and it seems like every single employee there knows exactly what they are doing and they do it so well. Always greeted with a smile at the front, I enjoy reading a magazine while waiting for my appointment. Dr. Lee has done several fillings on me and the numbing was painless whether she did it or her hygienists. I also like the fact that Dr. Lee is fast and the quality of her work is great.
About Hygienist: I love my hygienist at Creekside Dental Arts. I requested to be only seen by Alyssa, because she is extremely professional, highly educated, and most importantly really cares about the quality of the cleaning I receive from her every six months. I have had so many hygienists who either never explained to me what I need to change at home to improve on my dental hygiene or nagged me, but Alyssa talked to me throughout the cleaning and did it in a very nice manner. I also appreciated greatly, that she kept asking me if I am comfortable and not in pain.

Dr. Lee-
I just wanted to compliment a couple of people on your staff. Last week I had a challenge and needed to see you right away. It was spring break and you were away but a couple of of people on your team came to my rescue. I was so impressed that Jennifer called me back and was able to accomodate my needs. She also gave me choices and was able to set an appt for me with another dentist per my request. She even offered to come in and meet with me at your office to see what she could do. I also received a call from Donna who graciously was willing to take a call or email from me even though it was probably her day off and she was simply in the office catching up on paperwork.
I was so impressed with your team that I had to share this with you. I have been a Realtor/Broker for 18 years and my success has been on customer care and immediate service.
I see that you run your business in a similar fashion and I wanted to congratulate you and let you know that I noticed this in my time of need.
Please let Jennifer and Donna know that they did go beyond the call of duty. It is so refreshing to see that you have a well oiled machine!
