My son got his braces about 4 months ago and his teeth are already improving! You can literally see them realigning before your very own eyes! We were given a thorough tour to the offices, and everything (including payment plan options) was completely explained to us. My son now checks himself in for his appointments, sees the assistant and then comes out to get me when he's finished; he has total ownership of his office visits and I think this has increased his comfort with the braces and his self-esteem. Plus, if he wears their tee-shirt when he has an appointment, they pay him a dollar; he now LOVES going in to the Orthodontist!!
