I went in for a pediatric consultation for my 6 year old daughter whose dentist referred her.
It was Dr. Davis that was off-putting. He came in the room and didn't introduce himself - this not being a big problem because I figured we would talk during the consult. After examining my daughter’s mouth and talking to his assistant Amy he sat down and told me about her dental concerns.
Dr. Davis showed me the pictures and advised me of his course of treatment. He alluded to other concerns but did not want to discuss them because they would be dealt with over time. I found him to be narrow focused and not interested in answering questions. He came off as short and uninterested. Prior to leaving he did not ask if we had any questions he just got up and asked his assistant to show me pictures of what happens if nothing is done. I am not interested in his scare tactics. I understand he does this everyday but I DON'T and I did not appreciate his callous attitude. I would not consider him to be kind nor considerate.
Seeing how I was a potential client there on a consultation, I expected more service and less hard sell from him.

Dr. Davis and his staff are wonderfull. They make my children feel like family and are always excieted to see us. Treatment is moving forward nicely and my childrens smiles look wonderful. Dr. Davis is very skilled and knowledgeable about what is best for my childrens treatment. The ladies in the office are always friendly and helpfull. I would recommend Dr. Davis and his staff to everyone in need of awesome orthodontic treatment.
