The receptionist was misleading when they said 75.00 extra for nitrous oxide. What they failed to tell us was it wasn't offered at the Watertown clinic which is where we went. Very disappointed too that the receptionist or surgeon didn't meet with me to explain follow-up care. When I asked they just told me to read the paper.

They're horrible! It was the worst dental experience that ive ever had. I will pull out my own teeth before i go back there again. It was a waste of driving two hours. I begged Dr.Brian to stop but he refused to and got upset and started to yell. I wont recommend this dentist to anyone.

About Front Desk: She was overall nice??

Was in so much pain asked him to stop he didn't. Had pains in my chest was clutching my chest for a good 20 to 30 mins.. Never stop. I couldn't stop crying after. I was scared and didn't know if I should go directly to the ER.

About Front Desk: Front desk was taking a personal phone call and putting the patient on hold and continue talking to her personal caller.

Dirty facility. Rude receptionist, dingy and dark inside, waited over an hour past my appointment time with no update, folding card table chairs to sit on, no music, never heard a phone ring, file cabinet in the waiting room which is already cramped enough. Never ever would i go back there or recommend anyone to go there

About Front Desk: Rude and admitted they have bad reviews

I know this doctor: couple months

My daughter had impacted wisdon tooth pulled on Wednesday, July 24th. She in worst pain now than before her viist to Dr. Kelly. There is no change. Her jaw where the incision was placed is still hurting, not where the tooth was pulled. The medicine he prescibed was very generic, and her stitches are poking her gums. He was very rough while abstracting her tooth. No compassion, no followup or contact number. Think twice, three times before going to this doctor. The insurance company sent her there, and he was the only one to take her insurance
