He is very good doctor but his way of booking multiple appointments within same time window makes people wait for almost an hour which makes it very irritating experience. If he does not have time he should not commit to multiple patients and waste their time. Rather let them know to take someone else's appointment. Its always impossible to come out of his facility in less than 2 hours which includes 1 hr of wait and rest time of work.

Dr Ilas is good as a dentist but waiting time is always more than 45 minutes. You get tired of sitting and waiting for Doc Ilas but he will keep on working on some other patient, sitting in next chair.
It has something to do with their appointment window which is 15 minutes apart because of that most of patient keep waiting.
At the end after 45min to1 hr of wait, doc will come and say sorry for making you wait.
Well that does not work if it happens every time.I was going to him till now but i am moving to another dentist.

It's always a great, comforting experience going to the dentist and the staff are wonderful. I use to have anxiety going to dental appointments when I was young but after visiting Dr. Ilas's office, it's always been so pleasant.

I love my dentist. He does it so well, I can't imagine going to anyone else. Great Job!
