Loved Dr. Loos for many years, actually looking forward to my visits instead of dreading them. The members of the staff (Joan, in particular, and also Dr. Loos) have an excellent sense of humor and are very accommodating. This last year, I became dissatisfied with Dr. Loos's office for two reasons:
1. I was not pleased when a front tooth was pulled, my gums receded and the bridge replacement left an unattractive gap at the top of the tooth.
2. I was surprised when I received a notice from my insurance that $1200 of work done by Dr. Loos was NOT covered because I had reached the maximum coverage for the year. In the past, Dr. Loos's office kept track of how much coverage was remaining for the year, but they hired a new receptionist and she did not keep track of the balance. I was shocked to discover I had to pay $1200 out of my pocket. If I had known the balance, I would have waited until January (the start of the new yearly coverage cycle) to have the work done.
For basic services, like x-rays, diagnositics or cleanings, Dr. Loos's office is fantastic. Be sure to pay attention to how much of your coverage has been used to avoid exceeding the maximum.

Dr. Loos has done a superb job keeping my teeth healthy and happy. Nice cosmetic work and enjoyable staff with great sense of humor. I highly recommend!

Very nice staff. I had my first two fillings done and things went very smoothly and no pain.
About Hygienist: I actually look forward to my cleaning appointments! Cheryl is very thorough and professional.

Excellent service and great results! I had 6 Veneers placed and my smile is so improved -- I hardly recognize myself. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Loos as a terrific dentist.

I had a space between my front teeth. Luckily, Dr. Loos was able to close it without expensive braces.
The 4 veneeers she placed are wonderful. They feel and look terrific! I couldn't be more pleased. I have already referred my boyfriend to her office for dental work. She has a gentle touch and relaxed personality--very important for a dentist!

I am very happy with my cosmetic work. The continuing care and Saturday appointments fit in well with my busy work schedule. The office is rather small (I see this as a plus).
