AVOID at all costs! I thought he was a good dentist, but after I moved I found out the crowns he did on myself and my husband didn't fit right and based on the records they forwarded, he could clearly tell the crowns did not fit. The x-rays showed it! I had to pay several thousand more dollars for the crowns that I had LESS than a year to be redone by someone who did them the right way!

Dr. Milani and his staff are the best!! Caring, gentle and super talented. I have never had one bad experience while at the office or under their excellent dental care.

Just before I moved to San Jose, I was referred to this practice by one of the hygienists that use to work there (we were sitting next to each other on a flight out of SF). She works for several area dentists and when I asked her which one of all the dentists she worked with would she give the highest "overall" marks to? (cleanliness, appointment timeliness, modern equipment and techniques, bedside manner/professionalism, non-overdiagnosing, etc.) She gave me Dr. Milani's name. I have been for my first exam and cleaning (both at the same appointment!). I was very pleased with Dr. Milani's knowledge and personality. He picked up on some things (that I knew about from my childhood) that lesser dentists have not caught in the past. He was an excellent listener and takes his time to explore your concerns. His staff is super friendly, well organized, very professional and mature (I get tired of Dr's offices who hire lots of immature staff because they can get them cheap). The office/treatment rooms/exam rooms are clean, pleasant and super hygienic (something I am very particular about). So far, my experience was very good! I am going back to have some bonding done and will update my review as to how it goes.

I have had some bad experiences and I am very suspicious of dentists. Dr Milani is a fantastic dentist - he is conservative (i.e. he doesn't do something because it is in) but he does use very up to date techniques. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain my options and if I have an emergency he tries to fit me in as soon as possible. He also has a great network of specialists that he works with (thumbs up there too). I now travel from San Francisco to see him so he's the best in 50 miles! I have been complimented by other dentists (I moved OS and back) at the quality of the work done in my mouth. My teeth, nerves and mouth thank Dr Milani and his staff...

I've been going to Dr. Milani for over 20 years. He simply is the best and I've referred people to him. His office staff is wonderful, his hygenists careful and diligent. I can't think of a better dental office to go to. His staff takes care of all the insurance billing, and works out payment plans when things are a bit tough. He's like a friend as well as a dentist and I alwasy look forward to my visits.

Dr. Milani was recommended by a friend and his work is far superior to any other dental work I have ever received. Dr. Milani and his staff have far exceeded my expectations regarding dental procedures and customer service. His office staff is mindful of the cost of dental work and makes every attempt to work within the limits of my dental insurance and budget.
Moreover, Dr. Milani is an exceptionally gifted dentist who truly enjoys his craft. This is evident in his demeanor and workmanship. My experiences have always been pain-free and I actually enjoy my visits, in part because he has such a wonderful staff.

Dr. Milani is the best Dentist my family and I have ever had. Dr. Milani and his entire staff are very caring and concerned. The quality is excellent. The office is always clean and well kept. I have refferred so many friends and family members as well as co-workers over the 15+years I have been their patient. You will not be unhappy about any aspect of their office. Simply the best!
