I endured a lot of pain during and after the treatment and had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a follow up while I was in pain. Overall they lack the patience needed to give good service. Ill never go back.

We've been with Dr. Showaihat since she first setup practice (20+ years ago). She's meticulous, caring and very through. She's always on top of the latest techniques and technologies and does a very careful evaluation before using them.
Her staff is a mirror of Linda. You can't find a better dentist.
We moved to the East Bay 15 years ago and wouldn't dream of giving up Dr Showaihat.

I think she is a good dentist, but way too bold with the kids. My child was so humiliated by her that he did not want to go back and I do not have a sensitive child.

Ever since I was referred to her and her staff, I have been completely satisfied and have over the years referred many many of my friends to her.
She and her staff are always welcoming and do great work!
I hope to never have to switch.
She sends me once in awhile to other places for special things that might need to be done but I would have always rather have had them do it there instead because I trust her and her staff.
They always try to make sure you are not in pain or having an unpleasant experience while undergoing any treatment, unlike other places. Even more modern places don't have the same welcoming and comforting feel to me.
So I just love Linda and Staff!
About Hygienist: Love the staff there and usually anyone in her staff working on me is great. I especially love Rachael cuz she is so nice and sweet and gentle!

I was referred to Dr. Showaihat many years ago by several co-workers who raved about her. She has been our family dentist for over 12 yrs. She is by far the best dentist I've had in 50+ year of being on this planet. Dr.Showaihat is not only technically competent, but her genuine caring attitude and personal concern coupled with her attentive friendly staff makes her dental practice top drawer in my book. My only regret will be when I retire and move away from the Bay Area is I can't take her with me. I have seriously considered flying back to the area for her dental services.
About Hygienist: Very competent, friendly. I believe she may be relatively new to the practice, but I find she's a great asset to Dr. Showaihat's practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Showaihat since she opend her office in the bay area. She very straightforward, open (explains everything), patient and willing to work with you. Her care is first rate, she's very conservative about recommending proceedures (not looking to create business).
Her office is very well run, billing has never been a problem. The staff seems very loyal and care about the patients.

Dr. Showaihat did an exceptional job for me over several years, including some filings and cleanings. She was impeccably honest, very friendly, thoughtful and her staff's services were excellent. Thoughtful touches such as Christmas cards were appreciated.
Unfortunately, I no longer live in the area but strongly recommend her to anyone.
