I only had a cleaning. My instincts told me not to return as Dr Dollins told me my tooth was cracked and needed to have the filling replaced which might lead to a crown....... She said I needed 2 cleanings since my gums were in horrible shape. In fact my gums were fine. The hygenist admitted that she simply didn't have enough time to complete the cleaning.. Dr Dollins should probably go back to dental school. I got another opinion and was informed my tooth is not cracked!

About Front Desk: Brianna was very pleasant. She verified my insurance before I arrived but I was furious when I found out afterward that NONE of Dr Dollins protocols are covered by insurance though they have another dentist in the office who work is covered. I wound up cancelling the 2nd cleaning and dental work Dr Dollins said I needed

About Hygienist: Kristin was good and gentle but her equipment wasn't working that well. Her water machine for blasting off tartar kept leaking and then it ran out of water......

I went in to Dr. Dollin's office for a cleaning and check up. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The whole experience was a refreshing change from other dentists I had tried previously. They helped inform me of various issues that might be affecting other areas of my body and not just in my teeth, it was an eye opener for a lot of things I never would've expected going on in my mouth!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming, they helped settle any insurance problems that had come up (which of course ended up being the insurance companies fault) They were extremely patient and comforting throughout the whole process.

Amazing! She made me feel so relaxed that I almost fell asleep while getting my fillings. And I only had local anesthetic. I love the fact that she is a holistic dentist. The water that they use to rinse you mouth with is flavored with herbs!

About Front Desk: Staff is always great at making sure I am up to date with my cleanings and anything else I've needed.

My husband had a full mouth restoration done and is doing great. He has experienced other health issues that were healed due to getting the metals out of his mouth and fixing old dental work. He had cavities, crowns, and metal removal. I had to have extractions and implants done through another doctor who Dr Dollins suggested. I had many other issues then my husband and Dr. Dollins went above and beyond to walk me through them she even came in on her day off. We both feel she goes above and beyond, she cares about not only our oral health but our whole health. About the cost... I did put it is expensive because it is BUT we went to a dentist who was cheap and said he was biological and it was a disaster much of what he did had to be re-done. We are not rich people but ...how much is your health worth? She is competant, knowledgable, caring and fun. She has the latest technology and keeps up on information. Also about the pain I could not put pain free because lets be real there is some pain but the atmosphere is relaxing and Dr Dollins works her best to make sure you are comfortable. She and the staff are always checking to make sure your doing ok.

About Front Desk: Very friendly, organized, personable and professional. Takes care of business as well as visits with us. Great on the phone and they always get back to us when leave a message.

About Hygienist: She is the best hygienist we have gone too.....she gets the job done. I've never had a hugienist take her time and go to such detail to get your mouth cleaned. She is personable and friendly, makes you feel very comfortable and if you have a tender spot she is very careful. It amazes me how she finds a spot cleans it and it feels better.

I found Dr Dollins after trying several dentists in the Temecula Valley. They all had a "heavy hand" and were more focused on getting the patients in and out ASAP. She is has that confident precise motion with the drill I was looking for. Very gentle as well, you hardly feel the shots!! I asked a few regional companies that supply dentists with crowns and veneers who was the best in Southern CA. Dr. Dollins came through with flying colors for her precision and quality level. The veneers she installed are perfect and look like I've had them all my life (but cleaner). She removed all my Mercury with the latest of equipment and procedures. I can say that I have had people tell me that my complexion is better since then. I was not sure how to answer the cost question from above. Because she is very reasonable for a biological dentist and if you have done your homework, like I did, you will know why biological dentistry is just more expensive than the "quick fix" dentistry that is prevalent. I would never go anywhere else and I hope she never retires.

About Front Desk: I love the staff here! Helpful, friendly and always there for you whatever you need to be comfortable. They even have a Zen room to relax before or after the procedures!

Went for an introductory appointment and general check up. Very unsatisfied, very expensive and lots of pressure to get additional services. Not experienced enough for the care I required with implants that were already in place.

My family and I started visiting Bel Villaggio Dental because of its convenient location. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly; however we are constantly pressured into increasingly expensive treatment plans that seemed designed to stretch our budget to the absolute maximum. Even though we have very good insurance, we have spent thousands out of pocket for procedures that were never even suggested by our previous dentist. The practice is supposed to appeal to the area's "nouveau riche", but I strongly suggest that even if money is no object you can do much better. My wife and I shared the opinion that Ruby Dollins' highest concern was our credit card after our very first visit, but unwisely decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. This has resulted in a lot of physical and financial discomfort; as several small cavities, once filled (expensively), now require (very expensive) root canals due to pain caused by the filling itself.

Beautiful office, great staff, incompetent and dangerous dentist! The office is a relaxing, spa-like experience with a terrific, friendly staff. However, after having cavities drilled and crowns put on my teeth, I was in extreme and extended pain. Dr. Dollins re-checked me and said that my teeth were fine. I went for a second opinion and the new dentist was shocked at the work that was done. Gaps between the crowns and my teeth were open, leaving the nerve fully exposed (no wonder even lukewarm liquids cause horrible pain!). One crown even had blood mixed in with the cement. Now my teeth not only needed replacement crowns, but root canals as well at great expense. My advice? Visit a nice health spa for relaxation, but save your teeth and avoid this dentist.
