Dr. Preston and her staff are wonderful. Always painless procedures, and she is very modest in her diagnosis. She only recommends treatment that is needed, and offers alternative treatments that can be done to save money.

Disorganized and expensive. I had a 5 minute consultation with the doctor and received a $91 bill 3 months later.

Dr. Preston has been taking care of my teeth for at least 15 years. I continue to go to her because she is conservative, efficient, and qualified. She will not do more than you need or give you a root canal if all you need is a filling. What I know would be thousands of dollars in unnecessary procedures elsewhere, is just what is normal cost for just what you need. I recommend her to anyone that may fear dentists or that just wants a dentist that will do just what you need, care for your teeth.
I don't have the listing of costs because I don't have that info at my ready reference but I know here charges are fair and reasonable. Her office is modest and not high tech so you are not paying for all the toys high priced dentists charge for.
About Hygienist: Over so many years, there have been several hygienists. Each has been qualified, careful, and caring. It seems that Dr. Preston hires people that are like her. That is a good thing.

She is kind, gentle and a delightful dentist. I've had multiple crowns done. I always enjoy my cleanings because she has a great sense of humor and will stop when I need a break.

Always as perfect as a trip to the dentist can be. Dr. Preston spends more time with me than any other doctor, dentist, or other medical professional. She's polite, patient, and has excellent chair side manners...all that, and she's a great listener. Her sense of esthetics is superb as well.

Did a little work but did not finish because I needed a root canal. Problem with the office not correctly telling me if they are in network/preferred. She spent time with me and talked about my options no sprises with what happened. the staff was nice
