Total disregard for the patient's time and dignity. Not the dentist for you if you mind waiting 30 minutes to be seen for a 7:45 a.m. appointment, in a totally empty waiting room, with no explanation offered. So rude. And not the dentist for you if you mind, during a several hour procedure, being sent to a public restroom, outside the office, by a busy bank of elevators, wearing your dental bib and a large, unsightly, mouth distorting contraption holding your mouth wide open. The most unprofessional dental experience I have ever had. They should be embarrassed for treating people so horribly.

Very personable, thorough with explanation of procedure, and provided excellent service. Staff was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
Rates were reasonable and in line with comparable services in the area. Worked with insurance company to reap the best benefits for work provided.

Although I was there for a root canal (referred by my general dentist), Dr. Pene spent considerable time with me testing my tooth and eventually determining that I didn't need a root canal after all. At this point he spent even more time with me discussing alternative treatment options. I suspect he's not inexpensive, but the personal care I received was well worth any extra cost I might have incurred. I would highly recommend him and his office.
