I am disgusted with this place. Dr Silverman is hungry for money. They see the almighty dollar and not the patients' face. You feel pain, he sees dollar signs. They make you feel like the treatment will be covered, but in the end you are billed 1000's of dollars, or you are paying for the procedure out of pocket. This place does NOT TAKE INSURANCES !!!! Front desk will hang up with you and then talk bad. Sherri is too concentrated on getting her suite with mr Silverman finished than doing anything for the company. Do not be deceived into getting their services because once your name is in the system even for a "free consult" you will be called, mailed and emailed harassing things telling you to come back in even if you haven't been there in over 6 years. You ask to be taken off the call list and they will not. They have a new dog there named snickerdoodles who DOES NOT have all of her vaccinations and should not be in the building until that is done. She isn't even potty trained. If you cost them any money they won't bring you back. be prepared, they will Take your last dime if they could. DO NOT GO HERE !

About Front Desk: Jayde was very nice. She is above them all and should continue on in her life. Elizabeth is rude and seems to be fake. She will say what she needs to in order to keep you on the book and does not care about the patient. Shannon talks about her sexual escapades and face times during work hours instead of doing her job.

Great experience very nice person and staff, and fast and very professional. No pain could not be leave it it was over befor it started!!!!!!

About Front Desk: Ashley was wonderful and comforting and quick. Everyone I met there where great Scott very nice guy and professional , and dr. Silverman was great. Number one totally painless could not be leave it , it was done befor it started! Great experience !

I loved the attention and treatment that i received at Dr.Silvermans office, he is a great dentist with a great staff. Thanks for taking good care of me doc. He is clearly one of the best.....

About Front Desk: Ashley and Matt are wonderful, and Mrs Silverman top notch. Thanks guys..

His work is extremely expensive and his forcefulness gave me the impression that he was looking for anything that could possibly be wrong to get a penny out of! It is extremely important to not forget that as a dentist your job is to serve! However when you offer service your ultimate goal is to meet your customers needs and to meet them where they are mentally, physically and most importantly financially especially in these hard economical times. Awesome customer service by Catherine. But i do not recommend this dentist to anyone who takes their finances seriously.

my wife and i went to see dr silverman because of a really bad toothache she was having.. he quickly preformed a root canal and relieved almost all the pain aside from the recovery.. then come to find out i myself needed a root canal as well, so he quickly booked me for a same day root canal. As i was recovering the infection became immune to the antibiotic, when i called he immeditley help me and switched my meds. these people are just plain awesome.

I went to Dr. Silverman because I'd moved from another area and was looking for a new dentist, and received an ad in the mail for cleaning and xray special. His office and staff were cordial. I needed two small cavity fillings. He quoted me $500 to do the fillings! I was in shock. Way overpriced. I hesistated and then he said, "Well, Let me make you a deal" - which I thought meant he was going to lower the quote. No, he just invited his office manager/wife into the room - and she said - "if you come back in at a later date, we'll still honor the original price of $500. When can we schedule you?". hahahaha-- riiight. Then he started to try and sell me braces (which I didn't ask about)!. I left and made a trip back to my old dentist who did the work for $250. I learned my lesson, if someone plasters your mail with ads, there may be a reason. Like they charge too much. And also, during the visit, I remember he kinda snipped at little at his hygeinist, who seemed nervous, like she was under pressure. That made me uncomfortable. I've learned that if you have unhappy/nervous medical staff that can be coming from their boss.

Dr Silverman's dentistry was one of the best places I have had dental work done in my mouth. Even his staff was excellent in calming my nerves, anxiety, and cost concerns. It turned out that they were right about Dr Silverman's code of administering the best dental hygiene in the Owings Mills area. However, if you are not open to frank talk about your dental hygiene, please do not go to Dr Silverman's. You might wanna try elsewhere.

About Hygienist: Arlene (ficticious name), the hygienist was phenomenal in the way she took care of me during my visit.

I would not go back or tell a friend to ever go. I was lied to about how much dental work would cost. The crown was not put in correct.

EXTREMELY Professional! He is not satisfied with his work unless it is perfect. I have had an implant, gum treatments and normal cleanings. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
