I took my son beacuse it was close to his school and once I saw his improvement I also started . I was very happy with both of our results . I'm a very picky person and the doctors understood my concern and took their time to correct all my tiny imperfections on my teeth. I didn't take them my braces until we both agreed it was perfect. Also the staff was very pleasant . Understand this is not a dentist office it's an orthodontist office and it has good volume on patients ! You might wait like any other doctors office
About Front Desk: Yosy is the greeter and she always has a smile on her face . All the girls were very nice and helpful

stay away!!! does not fix teeth properly took braces off too early and didnt care
