Extraction of impacted wisdom teeth. Took Dr. Cohen less than 4 hours to finish the surgery. I didn't feel anything!! Was up and about the next day, and back at work in just a couple of days!! He even called me later that night to check up on me. I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Cohen's office will milk you for every cent. I got very little time with Dr. Cohen, got an atrocious quote on my procedure, got an even bigger cancellation fee and consultation fee, paid for an extremely over priced and unnecessary XRay, and a bill months later saying they needed MORE money do to a mistake on their end on an amount they "forgot" to charge me on. I mean, clearly this practice doesn't care at all about the well being of the patient, but rather how much money they can get out of them. Why would anyone put their health into the hands of someone so greedy with such skewed priorities. I don't recommend you come here, to a place that will ask you on arrival for your health record and immediately after, your credit card info.

About Front Desk: Probably the rudest staff I've ever met. After calling regarding the extra charges she basically said she didn't have time for this and hung up on me, after she admitted it was their fault on their end. She clearly threatened me to take the money I owe to a debt collector and then proceeded to hang up on me.

TMJ Treatments with Dr. Ruben Cohen were a gam changer. If I knew that an oral surgeon could get rid of TMJ pain I would have done this a decade ago. If you have TMJ you must go see Dr. Cohen to treat you.

Beautiful Upper East Side Oral Surgery Practice (NYC); gentle and smart oral surgeon. Great staff. So happy I finally took care of my dentistry! Dental implants are a life changing surgery. I am very very happy I selected Dr. Ruben Cohen.

Dr. Cohen extracted my wisdom teeth and inserted temporary anchorage devices into my jaw for orthodontic treatment. He is the nicest and most caring doctor. He personally called me to ask how I was doing couple hours after each of the procedures. His office and staff are also very pleasant. I would recommend him without a doubt.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Cohen and found that his professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend him to my family and friends. It was evident that he really cares for his patients and I am looking forward to using him again in the future for tooth implants.
