Took her time to explain everything in detail. Dr Watson is a very nice dentist.

About Front Desk: Very professional and knowledgeable. I had trouble with my insurance company and Christina took care of everything.

I was referred to Dr Watson by a co worker. I have a extreme fear of the dentist. Dr Watson is very caring and made me feel at ease. She was sure to explain my current situation to me in great detail, without scaring me! The office was beautiful and her little bit of staff she does have were all very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I would totally recommend this office.

About Front Desk: When I called to schedule my appointment the front office lady Christina was very helpful. She caught on quick that I had a fear of the dentist. She helped put my mind at ease. When I got to the office it smelled really clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

About Hygienist: Dr Watson cleaned my teeth. Made me feel important and my teeth were a little tender afterwards but I hadn't had them cleaned in over 5 years.

The receptionist Christine is one of the rudest, hostile, angry, unprofessional things I have ever seen. Absolutely puzzling that such an unfriendly horrible person would be hired and made first contact of the office. All interaction with her was negative. She treated my entire family of 5 with hostility for no apparent reason. We live down the street and were excited when the office opened up, to have a dentist so lose. I would rather drive to St. Louis than go here again. I truly do not understand how people can act this way when you are just trying to give them your hard earned money. We all have a new dentist now and are treated with courtesy by the front desk, you know like a human being is supposed to be interacted with, nothing special, just not unexplained nastiness. That girl needs to be fired, or you will keep losing business. New and comfortable facilities. The dental hygienist is very sweet and good. They do try to sell you everything.

Christine the Office Manger told me I would have to reschedule after I showed up 5 minutes late to an appointment. Then later I find out that she submitted an itemized bill to my insurance company. Not only is she extremely rude but also unethical.

I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist. After avoiding the dentist for 5 years, I made an appointment for a cleaning. The office was really clean, the staff was very friendly, and my cleaning was painless and the best experience I've had at the dentist. Dr. Watson was great, professional, and friendly. She is gentle and kind.

This dentist cancelled my appointment 3 times and never offered to re-schedule anything that worked well with my schedule. She was either out ill, or the weather, etc. As a professional I would think you would have your staff call your clients to cancell, rather then have them show up 3 times with no doctor. I fired her and found a reliable dentist! Guess what doc, your not the only one practicing in the KC area.

About Hygienist: I wouldn't know I never got that far. Just to the unknowing receptionist at the front desk who kept saying "I'm sorry the dentist didn't make it in today".

Dr. wattson is freindly, however, her staff sucks, especially her office manager Christine, she is rude and un-professional.
