I needed a new dentist so I went here because it was convenient - right in Northeast Philadelphia. Too bad when I went to see this "dentist," my teeth are in worse condition than they have ever been in. He put a crown over one of my teeth, and then then a week later, out of nowhere, I felt something on my tongue. It was my crown - it had fallen off randomly ONE WEEK after putting it on. I called to make an appointment with him to put the crown back on, but he could only take me in 2 weeks. When coming in for my appointment, he tells me "Oh you should have came in much earlier." Did you not tell me you couldn't take me earlier? After struggling to put the crown back on, he finally did it - and exactly a week later, it fell off again. Even though he told me he would cover me, he was then charging me for every job he did - even though it was his fault it wasn't done correctly. I cannot afford to pay every single week for the same job to be done. When you do it correctly - then I will pay. The way that he talked to me was just rude and I had to go find another dentist because the customer service in this office is just terrible.

When I went to Mr. Karagodsky, I needed a root canal and my teeth were killing me! Mr. Karagodsky treated me very very well and did an amazing job. It was incredibly successful and cost-efficient. The office staff could not have possibly been nicer or more approachable! Even though I am scared of many dentists, Mr. Karagodsky was able to help me overcome my fear.

is the most thorough, efficient competent dentist I have ever been to. He made me a crown which I am highly satisfied with. I would recommend his dental services to anyone

Came for an appointment, the staff and the doctor was very polite. The doctor was very respectful, paid lots of attention to my problems and didn't jump right to the procedure and was sure to explain all other possibilities of treatment. Was easy to schedule an appointment and the staff overall was great. Doctor is very knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommended!!!
Implant surgery was done with great success, and surprisingly not painful.
About Hygienist: AMAZING hygeniest! great clean feeling after prophy, very thorough and is sure to leave a clean white smile!
