I'm one of the "not so happy to be at the dentist" people. I never fear going here. I had 3 crowns done to replace old fillings. Paula made be feel at ease from the start. Staff explains all that will happen and will go into detail if you need to hear more. Injection was a breeze and they even knew before me that i was due for a little more of the pain killer. They did one crown and 2 weeks later i was in for the second and third which were done at the same time since they were smaller. I love the warm blanket, pillow, music and those tender pats on my shoulder Paula is famous for.
About Hygienist: Love Bridgette! Best hygienist out there. She spends time before treatment, just touching base with me. So gentle and is concerned about how i am doing during procedure too. Thanks for the bottled water after too. That is great for the trip home.

Dr. Martin is very knowlegable, kind, and pain-free. I would recommend her without reservation, her staff are also great to work with. The hygenists are very capable and pain free. You will leave this dental appointment with a smile on your face and no anxiety when your next appointment comes up. Dr. Martin is up to date on the latest treatments and techniques in dentistry, she takes her time, with her patients, and explains any procedures and questions they may have regarding their dental care. " SO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY, YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE"!!!

Dr. Nichole Martin is a very people-oriented individual and extremely professional in her duties, without being aloof. Her concern for her patients/clients is sincere and she is a 'genuine' person with her emotions. She is up-to-date in her field of dental medicine and her staff is impeccable. Going to Heavenly Smiles and being examined/treated by Dr. Martin and her staff leaves one with no fear of the dentist. The appointments are more of a 'social' event and one feels as though they are appreciated and recognized.
About Hygienist: Bridgette ~ Absolutely the BEST Dental Hygienist one is able to find. Friendly, considerate, respectful, gentle, educated at Loma Linda U.

So my family had to find another dentist because we recently relocated to Lynnwood and we are pleased to have found this dentist office. Dr. Martin's office is a mini vacation from the stress of going to the dentist. I went in for an annual checkup, x-rays and cleaning and actually had a good time. The hygienist was friendly and made the visit a relaxing one. Dr. Martin was friendly, knowledgable and one could tell she cared about her patients. The next time I came, I brought my son who was quite nervous about coming to a new dentist. I reassured him that this was no ordinary dentist and no ordinary dentist office. As he was having his teeth checked and cleaned, I sat in comfy chairs, sipped on a hot coffee and within no time my son was finished with his cleaning. After consulting with the staff on our dental plan and before leaving, my son was offered a juice and a snack. For him, that put this dentist office on his "I like this place" list.
Thanks Dr. Martin and staff for a pleasant dentistry experience! We look forward to many years of cleaning, filling and friendship!

Dr. Martin is a preferred provider through my insurance (Premera) so all of my routine costs are covered. (I don't know what her costs are normally.) Not only that, but I got a coupon in the mail for free teeth whitening for life as long as I am a regular patient. She even made molds of my teeth for the trays so they fit perfectly and I get to wear them overnight. Her staff is kind and the office is nice. She is the best dentist I've ever been to.

Dr. Martin is a fabulous Dentist. I have only had a regular check up and cleaning done thus far. She is a very professional yet personal Dentist. She walks you through each procedure with a confident and calm approach and performs each with care. My visit was also timely and quick, I left feeling well taken care of as a customer. About Hygienist: The Hygienist was also just as caring, personable, and timely as Dr. Martin. Also communicated well what was going on, what needed further attention, and how to go about that.

Dr. Martin had big shoes to fill when our previous dentist retired. I was so surprised to find that she was a great dentist too. Having had some real poor experiences with dentists in the past I was nervous about the change. Dr. Martin has exceeded every expectation that one could have of a dentist. She even helped me out with some prior work that needed correction without charge. She is very professional as is her staff.
