Very good experience with Dr. Pintz and her Assistant. I am scheduled for many more appointments as I have finally found a competent and friendly dentist!

I have been seeing this dentist at this office for over a year, and I disagree with the last comment. This dentist is very attentive and professional and the front desk is organized and helpful. The office is newer and well designed, and the dental hygenists are some of the best of have experienced in my 35 years of having teeth cleanings! I have been to a vast array of dentists/offices, and this is one of the better ones in the Lake county area. I'm not just saying this, because I have had some weird experiences with dentists. The front staff is also very friendly and on the ball.
About Hygienist: Better than average! They are professional, friendly and offer free samples of various products.

Worst experience I've ever had going to the dentist. The front office staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Dr. Pintz is only out for one thing and that's making money. Does not care about her patient's at all. I would never step back into this office again!
