Well I had the same experience as one other reviewer. I waited for over an hour for the dentist while she was on the phone with a "personal matter." Finally her receptionist had to get her off the phone when I went to the front and said I couldn't wait. There was no hygeinest, just the dentist. Her hair was falling into my mouth and all over my face during the cleaning. She didn't use the saliva suction, so I had to stop her several times to rinse. She cleaned my teeth in about 30 seconds, just barely ran over them with the "brush" and let the paste spray all over the place. I started to get worried and didn't want her to touch my teeth anymore and almost left. Then realized she wasn't going to do anything else! There was a tech who looked terrified to even be there who took my xrays, Barrett then told me nothing was wrong with my teeth and I left. I now have a cracked filling-may or may not have anything to do with being there, but she should have noticed it. Also, I'm NOT going back there to fix the cracked filling. NOT with a gun to my head.

Avoid at all costs!! Made me wait for an over an hour while she spoke on the phone with her realtor trying to buy a house. Never spoke to me ever in 3 yrs of service, always ignored me and spoke to the tech instead. Never asked me how my teeth were feeling, the doctor couldn't care less and it shows!! Cancelled many appointments admitting Dr.Barrett "didn't feel like sticking around" . They have also canceled appointments and didn't bother to call, showed up for appointment with doors locked. After going for 3 yrs, they all of a sudden didnt have a file for me. One of the most unprofessional dentists I've ever been to, acts like she doesn't care and would rather be somewhere else.

This is a dental office to avoid. We just moved to the area and tried to establish ourselves with this office. We have had 2 appointments with them and both appointments were cancelled or rescheduled by the office less than 2 hours prior to our scheduled times so that the Doctor could leave early. They dictate a 24 hour rescheduling policy for the customer; however, they don't give the customer the same courtesy. The office staff says that they file claims with the insurance company; however, the insurance company never receives them. Some members of the office staff are sarcastic and unprofessional when speaking to the customer. Overall, very poorly run office. I do not recommend this facility to anybody.
