Deceptive practice, avoid like the plague. Ineffective treatment, tries to maximize profit w/o regard for the patient's welfare or successful outcome of treatment
About Front Desk: Insurance billing people have no idea what they are doing. Office manager is "Me." Does not return phone calls. Staff tell patients they are in meetings, out of the office, etc. when the patient asks to have issues resolved. The classic brush-off! So bad it's comical, in a way. Highly unprofessional conduct.

Would not recommend at all. Quick, quiet, and no explanation of what was happening with my dental treatment. Looking for another dentist.

I never met Dr. Steel but the dentist who gave me the exam was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable about the condition of my teeth. He made sarcastic comments and then tried to sell me everything under the sun! Then came the check out experience, another pushy uncomfortable experience. Overall horrible service.
About Hygienist: They were actually ok. But I got the feeling they were walking on eggshells (if you know wht I mean).

Dr. Steele's office promised me a successful dental experience as they knew I had a real fear of the dental office. I had spent over $8000.00 in dental work above my insurance. So I thought we had a committment that would be successful. I at one point was delayed in traffic and called their office several times along the way from my work to the office. I ended up being 30 minutes late (but mind you I called 4 times in transit) with the last conversation with the office saying if you are not here in 5 minutes we are locking the door and guess what they did. I arrived to a locked office and staff inside and a refusal to open the door. A subsequent visit with ended at the end of a visit when I was very anxious about a susbsequent visit and was discussing with him stated " Its football time" and got up and immediately left the room. I have heard the front office pressure the older generation with proposal for dental treatment and visits and when they advised they had no money to proceed the office just blew them off. My last visit to their office involved a $2500.00 crown and had the permanent placed and within a week developed an abscess and was advised to go see an endodonist to see if the tooth could be saved via a root canal.
