I am having a full mouth restoration which is taking less than a year. Dr. Kauftheil is very thorough and his work is wonderful. He is very caring, warm, patient, compassionate and very committed to having great results. This has been a huge job (after I had Invisalign, gum grafts, an implant and root canals) but I am thrilled with the results and have healthier, better-functioning and more attractive teeth.He and I talk about everything that is being done and I can ask him anything and he will explain whatever I need to know. He is a major part of my dental team. His prices are fair and well worth it. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

About Front Desk: What can I say about Veronica? She is fabulous. She reaches out to Dr. Kauftheil when necessary and bends over backwards regarding scheduling, answering questions and just generally running the office. She handles everything that needs to be done. She is ace!

doctor Kauftheil was extremely professional, helpful and thorough with fixing my bonding. my front tooth was in need of bonding from a prior chip and he was wonderful

About Front Desk: the ladies at the front desk are extremely kind, patient and helpful. I appreciate the assistance they provided me with regard to contacting my insurance company.

I have had very pleasant appointments and excellent results from Dr. Kauftheil. I have been a patient in this office since 1978, and Dr. Kauftheil took over the practice several years ago. I would highly recommend him ( and often do ! ) to anyone who is looking for a dentist. It is as pain free as can be, the regular cleanings are as pleasant as possible, the office staff is very personable, and Dr. Kauftheil is great about answering questions clearly.

About Front Desk: Veronica and all the others in the office are very efficient, personable, and it's nice to have had the same staff to deal with for so many years - very comfortable environment!

Dr. Kauftheil has been my primary dentist for the past 2 years. During this time he put in a crown and did a number of fillings in addition to the usual checkups. The work he did for me was excellent, I haven't had a single problem with the crown or any of the fillings and they look great too! He has a good bedside manner, is professional and friendly, and is always willing to answer any questions . I never felt like I was being pushed into an unnecessary procedure and I take him to be as honest as they come. Is he a "cheap" dentist? Not exactly, but you get what you pay for. During the past year I've recommended Dr. Kauftheil many times and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him again.

I came to Dr. Kauftheil thru Cigna. I needed a lot of work. Dr. Kauftheil prepared a plan for me. It was a plan for almost $20,000. He claimed to have no idea how Cigna charged. He had tried to charge me $300 for temps when doing crowns. He did not charge the Cigna rates at all and then he told me he was new to Cigna. Then, when I had Cigna call him, he called me back and dropped me as a patient! This Dr. is only for the very RICH! He will make you a Cadillac mouth at exorbitant fees! OUTRAGEOUS! STAY AWAY!

I went in for a general check up. Upon arrival I was given new patient forms to fill. The receiptionist was polite and dentist was prompt in keeping appointment time. Shortly after being seat in the dental chair, the assistant came in and took my x-rays. The Hygienist was patient in giving me a thorough cleaning. The dentist came in and took the time to exam me and answered all my questions. He has polite chair-side manners and the office staff was friendly. I would recommand this dentist to others.
