I am very particular about who I see for medical care and I have been a patient of Dr. Castillo since 2006 and have been though not only regular exams and cleanings, but also fillings, and more complex matters like cracked tooth issues and molding of mouth guards.
She is a dentist to go to if you like the old-fashioned personalized dental care as opposed to the impersonal out-of-the-box corner or shopping center dental care. She takes a personal interest in her patients and starts each day with a meeting with her staff to discuss the patients coming in for the day and possible treatments. She is also very particular about the people she hires to work with her. Her staff works as a team and everyone is very pleasant and informative.
This is not an inexpensive office, and you won't find this Dentist giving out coupons or using Groupons, but when it comes to Dental Care, this is not the time to save money. One little mistake by a dentist can cause you a lifetime of pain--use the dental coupons to learn which medical professional Not to go to.
About Hygienist: It is always educational to have your teeth cleaned here. If you are willing to listen, the Hygienists will take the time to teach you how to brush and floss correctly and point out problems they are seeing with your current method.
