I came in without having been to a dentist for many years and needed a ton of work done. I have a slight fear of dental work and I'll admit I shed a couple of tears in the office not knowing what to expect. Dr. Ratto set me at ease, he is the most gentle and professional dentist. He is SO good about making sure you know what's going on and feel comfortable at all times, and his staff is trained to do the same. Every single person in there is so friendly and warm and seems to want to make you feel at home. The facility seems modern and up to date, and the exam was thorough. I've had 2 major procedures done since then and they have been gentle and efficient in their work. I would highly recommend Dr. Ratto to anyone needing a dentist, especially for those who have dreaded going to one in the past.
