The office is your typical large scale dentist group. Since we have PMI coverage, most procedures were fully covered. And the way they schedule appointments (by mass) is apparent in the wait times for a simple cleaning. They have no oral surgeon there, so PMI would not cover something like a impacted extraction. They do have one or two hygienists that are very personable if you're lucky enough to get them. The brief visits with the Dentist (DDS) prove him to be friendly, though somewhat apprehensive at first with my 3 yr old. Overall, the practice is not too bad if you don't mind long wait times and lags of about 1 month for typical non-emergency appointments.
