Dr. Deverman is the best dentist in Walnut Creek. We know, we tried a few until we lended by accident in his office. I require a lot of dental work (unfortunately), so I have a good baseline to compare. His staff is also impecable.
Dr. Deverman also teaches dentistry, so you can be assured he and his staff will use the most recent materials and techniques
About Hygienist: Hygenists are top-notch. Always provide excellent service, pain relief where needed, and actionable advice.

My mother and several of her friends have used Dr Deverman for years. Recently, I switched to him. He replaced or installed new a series of eight crowns. As expected, it was costly. However I received beforehand a full explanation and written itemization of the work needed and its incremental cost. I received a discount for advance payment. The staff was very solicitous. Pain management (nitrous) was well administered and effective.

Professional staff and very gentle and great chair side manners, dental hygienist very careful, clean and thorough in teaching and in cleaning, and deep cleaning. Highly recommend.

I have quite a dentist phobia and 9 years ago, a client referred me to Dr Deverman. His staff is all very experienced and has been with him for ages. Last week was the first time in 9 years I've seen a new hygenist working there! They are all very understanding of my fears and don't make me feel the least bit embarrased. They take every measure they can to make me comfortable, expecially with my extremely sensitive teeth. I moved away from the area for 3 years and my experience with other dentists reinforced just how good Dr. Deverman and his staff are!

Excellent, comforting chair-side manners. Honest and straightforward with patients. Staff is 100% professional. I would go to him even if I move to another town. Dr. Deverman has a light touch and I've had no pain experience. I used to be terrified of dentists and rarely visited one until I met Dr. Deverman.
have had zero billing problems in 5+ years that I've been going to him; very helpful in helping you navigate through insurance.
