Dr. Lai and the staff are friendly and do a great job. My only complaint is too much talking and sharing personal family concerns.

As someone who hates shots, Dr. Lai is amazing at making you feel comfortable.

He's simply the best in the business. He was my wife's dentist and became our dentist after marriage. He is now our family dentist which includes our teenage girls. Over the years I have had fillings and crowns and have had my teeth prepped for root canals once or twice. All treatments have been met with success and have been relatively painless. He and his office staff handle all insurance and my portion of the bill mailed to me with a breakdown usually a month (or two) after treatment. His chairside manner is professional and courteous. His good natured humor puts you at ease early on making the experience a delight (if you can believe that!).

Awsome dentist, pain free, he has done two crowns for me and they are excellent. I would highly recomend him.

Dr. Lai is very conscious of how the fit of a crown and a cap rest in your mouth. Dr. Lai will see that the lab provides the correct size for your mouth. My cap aligns perfectly with my other molars.
On the top front, I cannot even remember which one is capped it is blended in color wise and matches. I am serious.
Dr. Lai also fit my mouth with a night guard. Made sure it felt comfortable and did not poke the gums or inside. This night guard has relieved my headaches due to night clenching of my jaw.
At times, it is somewhat frustrating because Michael Lai is such a perfectionist, but my smile shows bright in the end. I do not have to worry he is taking advantage of my ignorance in the dental field. My professor recommended Dr. Lai when I asked him who his dentist is.
What can I say? Well my teeth says it all.
About Hygienist: Eileen is frendly and always teases me to floss and not make Dr. Lai's job so hard. Very pleasant office. Nice waiting room although I have never needed to sit in it. They answer my questions thoroughly and are willing to give instructions on proper flossing, etc. When they say a word I do not know, I ask and they explain it to me so I understand.
