Dr. Butler is great - However they will not bill or deal with your insurance company at all. They expect all bills to be paid upfront in cash, leaving you out to dry for what ever the insurance company decides to reimburse you for. I ended up with a 350$ bill because the office was too lazy, or disrespectful of my time and money, to make a simple phone call to verify I was due for new X-rays.
