I was a little nervous as I had never had a root canal on a tooth and my sister had told me horror stories about several root canals that she had to have a few years ago. His assistant was so easy to talk to and helped me feel a little less nervous. When Dr. Mitchell started working on the root canal, the two of them were so connected to what each needed, that the time went very quickly. I did not even need the prescription pain medicine that the office gave me. I would have no hesitation if I needed to see Dr.Mitchell again.
About Front Desk: Excellent as she gave me very explicit information on the ways I could feel later in the day.

i had to have emergency procedure and dr Mitchell and his team saw me immediately and got it handled quick and pain free awesome experience considering the pain I was feeling that day. A must see if you need a endodintist

I made 2 appts with this dentist in 2015.
The office called me to cancel the first appt the morning of the appt.
They did the same thing for the second appt.
No explanation was given.
His recent divorce issues could be the reason.
Obviously he does not care about his patients and is not focused.
I found another endodontist and am very happy.

Dr. Mitchel is a gentleman. He is professional, compassionate , and has a warm and comforting bedside manor. He really cares and takes the time to explain as he works and be sure you are comfortable before, during and after the procedure. The office is state of the art and immaculate. Dr. Mitchell is calm and I have never felt rushed or interrupted during my visits. I had complete confidence in his work and recommendations . Always leaving grateful for his service.
No pain, all questions answered. Assistant was fantastic,great bedside manor. Absolutely would and have recommended to friends .
About Front Desk: Front office staff are a true extension of Dr. Mitchell. They are kind, compassionate, friendly and extremely accommodating . It is a pleasure to call the office for an appointment or a question. They have great follow up and are an asset to the practice .

As a dentist myself I appreciated the staff's professionalism and friendliness.
The endodontic procedure was painless quick and the result spectacular.
Highest marks and praise for the clinical and administrative sides of my intervention.
I can't recommend the Dr. and office highly enough.
When you need endodontics this is the pace.

I was referred to Dr. Glen Mitchell requiring a root canal. My dentist was out of town and Dr. Mitchell was able to see me immediately . His office stayed open late as my root canal proved to be very infected. Dr. Mitchell and his entire staff were kind, and patient with me. The office is immaculate and state of the art. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. My dental issue required a return visit with several weeks in-between. The Dr, and staff follow up was comforting. Dr. Mitchell has the BEST bedside manor . He was informing me throughout the procedure what he was and going to do. He was very caring to make the procedure pain free. I felt that he was extremely knowledgable and looking out for my best interest and comfort. The end result was successful. I can't thank Dr. Mitchell enough for the wonderful care I received from him and his staff. There is nothing I could think of to improve his office or care. He is doing everything right. Rarely hearing of an office like this or a Dr. meeting all expectations and then some. I will be referring Dr. Mitchell to all friends and family.
About Front Desk: The front desk girls are great. Friendly, welcoming and very, very accommodating. They knew me by name and made several calls between visits to check on my progress, always addressing any concerns immediately. I had informed Dr. Mitchell of his wonderful staff the minute I met him.

Dr. Glen Mitchell has been an outstanding Doctor of mine. I was referred through a friend years ago and boy am I escastic she told me to come see the Mitchell's! I've had a few root canals done by Dr. Glen Mitchell and all were a success! He saved my teeth! Between the front desk making me feel less anxious and VERY comfortable, the doctor had the utmost BEST bedside manner, answered all my questions and was very attentive. I came in with so much pain and left feeling a great deal better! I will not see another endodontics AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. GLEN MITCHELL!!!!!!!!

I needed two root canals and my dentist (Alan Slootsky) referred me to Dr Glen Mitchell DDS, and I am sure GLAD he did!!!
Upon arriving at Dr. Glen Mitchell's office in Boca Raton, it looked more like a ultra high-end luxury spa. While I waited I was offered all kinds of beverages ranging from bottled water to Starbuck's coffee...
I was quite nervous about having two root canals done in a single visit, but Dr Mitchell's assistant Sandra kindly reassured me over and over, that it would be painless and fast.
What suprised me the most, is that the doctor actually took the time address my concerns in layman terms and explained the whole procedure!
He actually performs micro-surgery utilizing microscopes coupled with the most cutting edge technology. With all the space-age equipment and fifth floor view of Boca Raton to distract you, I was able to watch television while he did two root canals in about an hour!!!
No second visit was needed, it was all done in one shot and I didn't feel any pain at all.
The next day Barbara whom I met at the front desk was kind enough to call me the next day and ask how I was doing. With a smile over the phone, I could tell her I was doing just fine!

A professional competent endodntist who does fine work. Nice treatment rooms with personal tvs, very comfortable. Dr. Mitchell and his staff are very nice and polite. Excellent chairside manner and no problems with his root canals.
