I am normally a very nervous person when it comes to having my teeth worked on. However, Dr. Barsky explained exactly what he was going to do. He administered Nitrous Oxide and gave me a painless injection. I was given dark glasses and I was able to use my ipod. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a very nice and very competent dentist.
About Hygienist: My teeth were cleaned by Vicky one of Dr. Barsky's hygienists. She has been with Dr. Barsky a long time. She was very gentle, thorough and professional.

I have known Dr. Barsky for more than 20 years. He saved my teeth after my previous dentist nearly ruined them. He is extremely professional and has a great bedside manner. I would recommend him highly.
About Hygienist: Dr. Barsky has always had wonderful dental hygienists. They usually stay a very long time in the practice and are experts.

Although I experienced no pain while having the filling installed. For several days after I experienced quite a bit of pain in my jaw where I received the shot. For several days I had difficulty chewing and moving the jaw. I have been going to the This has never happened before even when I had extractions and after 20 years of dental treatment.

I can only say the seeing Dr. Barsky was the best thing that has happened to me in years. I had neglected my teeth for more years than I care to think about. I was left with just four front teeth. The rest had to be taken out. I had eight implants placed in both my upper and lower jaw and four veneers on my front teeth. The results were amazing!!! I am so confident and happy now. I smile all the time and eat whatever I want.
Besides being a great Dentist, Dr. Barsky is a wonderful human being. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
About Hygienist: Vicky is my Dental Hygienist. She is so caring and sweet. She is very picky about my home care but doesn't scold or make me feel bad. She is the BEST ever.

From the minute I called the office I felt confortable with Dr. Barsky's office. His caring staff and his gentle manner made me feel very comfotable. He is extremely knowledgeable and painless. I highly reccomend Dr. Barsky.

Just entering the office gave me a sence of well being. Dr. Barsky was helful and kind as well as very careful to explain all the proceedures. He did beautiful veeners on me as well as some Cerec porcelain fillings. I would highly reccomend Dr. Barsky

In the ten plus years I have know Dr. Barsky he has always listened to my needs. His attention to the health and longevity of my teeth and gums are of the utmost importance to him. He has recently beautified his office and I would highly reccomend him for any dental treatment.

I've been going to Barsky since I moved to DC in 1992 and I'd recommend him highly. He has a knack for hiring exceptional dental assistants. He himself seems very competent. The office is professional--no blaring TV screens or anything like that. The one time I had to go to another dentist I realized how professional his office is, by way of comparison. He seems quite expensive, usually above the "usual and customary" rates, but that may be par for the course in DC.

From the moment I met Dr. Barsky I felt very comfortable
with him and also trusted his decisions/advise.
He ex[plained the pros and cons of the implants to me.
My implants were done by Dr. Barsky approximately 10+ years ago. I continue to go there for cleaning and whatever problems have with my teeth. Sandy and Grace were original staff members I met. They continue to be helpful and concerned.
